This Barrel Aged Gin begins with our Seasonal Gin and finishes by aging in our used bourbon barrels for 3-6 to months. The barrels add notes of oak and vanilla, as well as a subtle sweetness from the residual bourbon. This results in a Gin that is sweet and smooth. Perfect for sipping neat or mixing into cocktails.
